Govinder is presently the Chairman of Proclaim Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors Private Limited. A Marine Engineer by qualification, he has over 30 years adjusting experience. He has extensive experience in infrastructure claims and both financial and casualty line liability claims. With his experience and knowledge, Govinder is the guiding force behind the setting up of Kanakben Education Foundation. Govinder has conducted various lectures and seminars on engineering and advance loss of profits insurance, and currently is actively involved in nurturing the new generation of adjusters and insurance professionals within the industry. A man with determination, perseverance and vision, he has set up highest standards of loss adjusting in the country and this is his philanthropic venture to promote training and education of young individuals in the insurance sector to enhance skill and competence.

Yogesh is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification, and is presently the Managing Director of Proclaim Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors Private Limited. He is a Fellow of Insurance Institute of Surveyors and Loss Assessors. After working in the air conditioning industry for few years, he started his loss adjusting career in 1976. Over the last four decades, he has handled a wide range of fire and engineering claims. He has immense knowledge in all varieties of engineering plants, such as petrochemical, thermal, and hydro electric, chemical and fertilizer plants, including business interruption and has conducted seminars and lectures on these at various forums. A founding member of Kanakben Foundation for Education, Yogesh has the vision to take the insurance industry in the country to greater heights by training the next breed of insurance professionals with the required knowledge and skills. Yogesh has been actively involved in giving lectures to professionals in the industry on a wide array of topics including ALOP, FLOP and engineering claims. He is currently a guest faculty member of some of the insurance institutions in India and takes time to give lectures at seminars organized by Indian and global underwriters.

Anil is a Mechanical Engineerby qualification and is a Fellow of Insurance Institute of Surveyors and Loss Assessors. Currently, he is the Deputy Managing Director of Proclaim Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors Private Limited. He began his adjusting career in 1989, prior to which he worked in the thermal power plant of the Steel Authority of India and Indo-Gulf Fertilizers & Chemicals Corporation Ltd. Anil has expertise in handling large fire and project claims and over the years has specialized at managing CAT events. He has conducted various lectures and seminars on marine and engineering claims and recently has been a guest faculty at seminars centered on management of CAT events. As a founding member of Kanakben Education Foundation he will provide his expertise to the intermediaries of the industry thereby ensuring the ability to sell products to policyholders with appropriate knowledge.

Avya is a qualified Marine Engineer with a degree in Law and an MBA in Marketing from UK. He is presently, the Operations Director at Proclaim Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors Private Limited and has diverse experience in Liability claims, both financial and casualty lines. Avya has been involved in re-engineering assignments and has worked to improve the claims management processes of various insurance companies. He understands the insurance industry and its needs, as one of the fastest growing industries in the country today. Being a founding member of Kanakben Education Foundation, he has worked extensively to create modules which will assist the young professionals to increase the standards of professionalism in the Indian insurance industry. He currently appears as a guest faculty member for various insurance colleges in India and primarily deals with products in the specialty space under the insurance umbrella.
